Administrative Officer/Finance Officer Leah Harris started her career in public service in 2008 as an Office Technician with CAL FIRE in the Finance Office. In 2012, she received her B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and minor in Business from National University. She is currently completing the Master of Public Administration program with National University which will help her advance her skills and continue to support the District in evaluating the effectiveness of public administration strategies.
Administrative Officer/Finance Officer Harris is responsible for the management and coordination of diverse and complex administrative services and oversees budgetary, fiscal, personnel/payroll, human resources and contract management and is the head of the Administrative Services Division.
