San Miguel operates 8 fire stations over 50+ square miles. Please provide as much information as you can (ie: vehicle accident on Campo Rd., please provide the nearest cross-street). Medical records containing information protected under HIPAA may be requested by the patient, with valid photo identification.

Courts and attorneys seeking medical records may send subpoenas to records@sanmiguelfire.org.
