STATION 14 FLOORING PROJECT – IFB NO. 2627-02

San Miguel Fire & Rescue invites sealed bids for the removal of existing flooring and installation of polished concrete flooring at Fire Station 14, located at 3255 Helix Street, Spring Valley, CA.

IFB Available: October 16, 2026
Mandatory Site Walk: October 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM
Bid Deadline and Public Opening: November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM

Contractors must hold the required California contractor's license, be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), and comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements.
